Returns & Exchanges

All our items are made-to-order just for you (yes, your fictional man is printed specially for you 😌). Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size chosen
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
Please double-check sizing charts before checking out — we promise it’s worth the extra 10 seconds.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ll fix it.
Email us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description
If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. No need to ship the damaged item back.
Shipping Notes
Once your order leaves production, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost/stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
If a package is returned due to a wrong address, reshipping fees will apply.
Cancellations
Because everything is made-to-order, we can only cancel or edit orders within 6 hours of purchase.
