When will my order ship?
We print your merch just for you (because you are the main character). Production usually takes 2-5 business days, then it ships. You will get tracking the moment it is on the way.

How long does delivery take?
Once it ships, most orders arrive in about 3-7 business days within the US. (We currently ship US only.)

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, we have you. Send us clear photos and we will replace it or refund it for free. Because everything is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyers remorse, wrong size, or color choice. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery. You do not need to mail the item back for refunds or reprints.

What size should I get?
Check the size chart on each product page. If you are between sizes or want that cozy, oversized bookish fit, size up.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we are print-on-demand, your item goes into production as soon as you place the order. That means we cannot cancel or make changes once it is submitted. Double-check your size, color, and shipping address before checkout.

Will my items arrive together?
Maybe, maybe not. If your items are produced in different locations, they may ship separately. If that happens, you will receive separate tracking for each package.
